A new video for the Johnny Cash song "God's Gonna Cut You Down" just premiered on MTV/VH1. It's available on the MTV website (somewhere) to watch. It's sort of a tribute to the man, and is absolutely full of recognizable people- Kris Kristofferson, Sheryrl Crow, Johnny Depp, Iggy Pop, and so on.
A lot of people have critisized it for being just a showcase for the stars, but I have to say I really dig on it, and the message everyone seems to be conveying in it: That nobody escapes death.
If you can find the video and you're a Cash fan (and who isn't?), I urge you to give it a look. It's quite a thing.
